Chapter Five: Power of a Pen

Mr. Amanallah Ayesh has dedicated his life to writing poems about resilience, hope, and his love for his country, Palestine. He is a published poet who enlivens social occasions like the annual Artas Lettuce Festival organized by the Artas Folklore Center, neighboring the Dheisheh Refugee Camp. We asked Mr. Amanallah Ayesh what drives him to continue to fight for change.

Listen to his story.
