Santo Collective, a group of creatives designated for the sacred purposes of God.

Santo Collective was born out of Youth With a Mission’s 2020 Art Evangelists School in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, MX. There, folks from around the world gather to create art and do communal life together for a season. Through visual arts, the AES aims to train its students to spread the love and message of God cross-culturally.

Inspired by the AES curriculum, Santo Collective’s vision is to open up an even larger space to bridge creativity and spirituality. We believe that we were created in the image of the ultimate creative. Additionally, we were freely gifted with the unique abilities to imagine, communicate, build, problem-solve, and beautifully bring things to fruition. So with that comes awesome responsibility to craft good works and actively participate in the creation story. Because to create is to be our most wholly, human selves.

Our hope is to build a community that dares to lean further into this creative calling and commission all artists to be a blessing to the world, together realizing the innumerable ways the creator of the universe meets us in the design process.

“The discipline of creation, be it to paint, compose, write, is an effort towards wholeness.”
